EU pursues added border security following Paris attacks

The European Union is preparing to adjust its security agenda and push through a common Passenger Names Record to help detect would-be terrorists.

Some countries like Spain and Belgium are even contemplating the re-introduction of border controls to stop jihadists returning to Europe, which might go against Europe's free-movement rules.
