Canada announces three-year plan to take in 10,000 Syrian refugees

The United Nations Refugee Agency recently announced Syrian refugees has outnumbered Afghans as the largest refugee population under the protection of the UN. In response, Canada has set out a target of resettling 10,000 Syrian refugees over the next three years.
