Cameron promises measures to prevent further terror attacks

The British prime minister has met security chiefs to discuss how to defend Britain against possible future terror attacks.

David Cameron has promised security services more powers to intercept terrorist suspects - as a counter-terrorism bill goes through Parliament that some MPs believe could already infringe human rights.
