BP Faces Environmental Fine of Up to $13.7 billion Over Spill

The oil company BP is facing a potential fine now capped at $13.7 billion under an environmental law, over the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

The 2010 spill off the Deepwater Horizon rig was the worst in American history.
