A suicide bomb near European police training headquarters in Kabul has killed one Afghan civilian and wounded several more.
The attack comes after Afghan President Ashraf Ghani called on the United States to re-examine its plan to pullout of Afghanistan by the end of 2016.
In an interview with CBS' "60 minutes" the Afghan president said that deadlines should not be "dogmas" signalling a need for flexibility on Washington's part.
