25 000 people have joined an anti-Islamisation rally in Dresden in Germany, called following the attacks in Paris.
However, tens of thousands also joined anti-Pegida rallies across the country.
Pegida's anti-Islamisation rallies have been growing in size since the movement was founded in October last year.
Justin Hagler, a journalist in Dresden, says the increasing numbers are also being matched by increasing condemnation.
