$15bn deal for O2 on cards

Asia's richest person - Li Ka-shing - is in talks to buy the UK mobile network O2 for up to 15.4 billion dollars from Spain's Telefonica…

If successful, O2 would be combined with the Three Mobile Network which Mr Ka-shing already owns - creating the UK's biggest mobile group.
