The U.S. is urging the Kenyan government to follow through on punishing those accountable for the violence which followed the 2007 elections.

The ICC prosecutors says their case was impeded by the failure of the Kenyan government to turn over key documents and the U.S. State Department's spokesperson Marie Harf says the Kenyan government should do more.
