U.S. Attorney General pledges to tackle racial profiling by police

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says the Justice Department will issue new guidelines aiming to end racial profiling by police.

This comes amidst ongoing protests across the U.S. over a grand jury's decision to not press charges against the white police officer who shot unarmed black teen Michael Brown in the Missouri suburb of Ferguson.
