Putin speaks to parliament as Russia heads for recession

Many Russians will likely be hoping that President Vladimir Putin can offer a way out of the country's worsening economic crisis, as he addresses parliament in his annual state of the nation speech.


The speech comes just days after the government warned that Russia would fall into recession in 2015.
