Putin says Western sanctions are partly to blame for the crisis

INTRO: Russian president Vladimir Putin says Western sanctions are partly to blame for Russia's economic crisis. During his annual press-conference, the Russian leader accused the West of trying to violate Russia's sovereignty and said that it could be two years before the country's economy recovers.
