Russian President Vladimir Putin says that he knows who is speculating on Russia's rouble currency and that it is time to use Russian government methods against them.
It comes as Putin delivers his annual state of the nation speech.
Just hours before the speech gun battles broke out in Grozny, the capital of Russia's region of Chechnya, with reports of militants attacking security services and casualties on both sides.
