Putin gives annual press conference amid Russian economic crisis

Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding his annual press conference on Thursday amid a growing economic crisis in Russia.


The President struck a confrontational tone against the west in his last major speech without really addressing the country's major economic issues, instead blaming them on what he called, "speculators."
