Obama proposes changes to policing in wake of Ferguson

President Obama has proposed 75 million dollars to fund up to 50,000 body cameras for local police officers.

It's part of a $263 million, three-year initiative that will also provide more local police training.

It comes after a day of meetings to discuss the issues raised by the police shooting in Ferguson, Missouri
