INTRO: Opposition parties and human rights groups in Kenya have opposed a new security bill proposed by the country's president. Most parliamentarians have backed the new State Security Bill proposed by President Uhuru Kenyatta, which they say will enhance the Kenyan government's ability to deal with the terrorism threat from the Somali based Al-Shebab group. But critics say the law will give the president and spy agencies in the country too much power. Gary Alfonso reports.
