Mayor de Blasio Heckled at NYPD Graduation cermenony

Intro:
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio faced heckles and boos while
addressing graduating police cadets on Monday. It's the most recent
display of dissent from members of the police force. Two days ago,
thousands of uniformed officers turned their backs on the Mayor at the
funeral of Officer Rafel Ramos, slain alongside Officer Weijian Liu
earlier in December.
