The US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel says the US will not be reviewing its operations to free American hostages despite the failure of recent missions.
US journalist Luke Somers and South African teacher Pierre Korkie were killed by al Qaeda in Yemen during a US led operation on Saturday.
