Grand Jury Decision Sparks Protests from Coast to Coast

Protesters across the United States have taken to the streets to denounce a New York Grand Jury’s decision not to indict police officer Daniel Pantaleo.

The Grand Jury had been investigating the death of  Eric Garner, a 39 year old asthmatic man, who died after the police officer put him in a chokehold.

Garner’s death and the Grand Jury’s decision resonated with protesters from New York City to Oakland California.
