INTRO: Murder charges have been dismissed against British businessman Shrien Dewani, who's been standing trial in Cape Town in South Africa for the murder of his wife Anni in 2010.
The judge ruled the state's case was not strong enough. She said the witnesses who claimed Dewani had plotted with them to kill is wife for $15 000 were not trustworthy.
Dewani was earlier extradited from the UK to stand trial in South Africa.
