U.S. President Barack Obama wants concrete recommendations on how to improve policing and community relations following the protests in Ferguson, Missouri, after a grand jury refused to indict a police officer in the death of a black teen.
The Obama administration is asking the U.S. Congress for funds to give more police officers wearable cameras to record interactions and arrests.
