Brennan calls interrogation techniques "abhorrent" but defends CIA

The Director of the CIA has conceded the agency made mistakes in its interrogation of Al Qaeda suspects after the 9/11 attacks.


But John Brennan told reporters he "fundamentally disagrees" with the conclusions of a US Senate report about the agency's use of torture.
