White House hopeful congress can agree future anti-ISIS military campaign

The Obama administration says it would be "very helpful" for Congress to formally authorize military use-of-force against Islamic State targets.

As President Obama meets with congressional leaders on Friday, his spokesperson reminded journalists that the US leader already has the authority he needs to continue U.S.-led airstrikes against ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
