US Senate set to vote on Keystone XL pipeline

The U.S. Senate is set to vote to approve the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline to bring crude oil from Canada to American refineries.

Previously, U.S. President Barack Obama threatened to veto the legislation, as environmentalists and others oppose the project.
