US rocked by second night of protests

Protestors burned a police car during a second night of protests on Tuesday in Ferguson, Missouri, after the state's governor sent hundreds more National Guard troops to restore order.

Tensions are still high after a grand jury's decision not to indict a police officer for shooting an unarmed black teenager.

Police in Ferguson made 44 arrests overnight, but the streets were largely calmer.
