Tobacco giants win right to challenge EU packaging laws

Tobacco companies have  won a case at the UK's High court, meaning they can challenge new European Union rules that health warnings have to cover 65% of a cigarette packet. 

The case has been referred to the European Union's Court of Justice, as our UK correspondent Natalie Feary reports….
