Russian oil tycoon meets with OPEC

Russia's most powerful oil official, head of state energy giant Igor Sechin is due in Vienna for talks with members of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries, or OPEC.


Falling oil prices have been met by dismay in Russia but have so far not lead to a drop in output by OPEC, which Russia is not a member of.
