Pakistani man can sue UK government over UK/US torture claims in Iraq

The UK's High Court has ruled a Pakistani man can sue the British government over claims he was unlawfully detained and tortured by British soldiers in Iraq...

Yunus Rahmatullah was captured in 2004 before being sent from British to US custody where he was held for 10 years without charge.
