Obama focused on 're-balancing strategy' as Asia tour kicks off

The US President begins his visit to Asia on Monday as part of a re-balancing strategy for the US in the region.

Mr Obama will take in China, Burma and Australia during the tour with trade ties, the Ebola crisis and global security topping the agenda.
