North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's special envoy is in Moscow for meetings with the Russian President and other senior officials.
The visit comes as Russia faces growing isolation from the West.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this week that relations between Russia and North Korea are becoming closer.
