National Guard prepares for possible unrest in Ferguson

A day after the Govornor of Missouri  declared a state of emergency, the National Guard is preparing for a possible outbreak of violence in Missouri when the grand jury announces its decision in the Michael Brown case.

The shooting death of the black teen by a white police officer in August led to weeks of protests.
