Mosque bombing kills scores in Northern Nigeria

INTRO:  At least 60 people have been killed and more than 120 injured in a suicide bomb attack on a large mosque in Kano, Northern Nigeria. Authorities believe the extremist group Boko Haram is behind the attack. 45 people were killed in a similar attack in another northern city last week. The Emir of Kano recently urged civilians to take up arms against Boko Haram, who is trying to establish a Sharia Law state, or a caliphate, in north-eastern Nigeria. Gary Alfonso reports ...
