Missouri Governor declares State of Emergency ahead of Ferguson court decision

The governor of Missouri has declared a state of emergency ahead of a court ruling on whether a policeman will face prosecution over the killing earlier this year of an unarmed black teenager.


Tensions are once again running high in the St. Louis suburb, as our US correspondent Simon Marks reports.
