Liberia Ebola infection rate down while US weighs up strategy

Liberia has managed to slow the rate of Ebola infections to such an extent, that some of the busiest clinics are not being used to full capacity.

Health officials are now weighing up the scale of the international response, since the decline was achieved without beds provided by the US military.
