Iran Releases Woman Jailed At Male Sporting Event


A British-Iranian woman who was jailed while trying to watch a volleyball match in Tehran has been released from prison. Ghoncheh Ghavemi was arrested and sentenced to a year in jail for what officials called "propagating against the ruling system" after she joined a group of women to attend the men's sporting event last June.
