Intelligence officials are working to identify the 16 IS militants that appeared in a video showing the beheading of 18 Syrian prisoners and US aid worker Abdul-Rahman Kassig.
One of the men in the video is believed to be Maxime Hauchard, a 22-year old French citizen. Another was reported as being a 20-year old Briton, which his father now denies.
