Hungary will go ahead with plans for Russia to build a natural gas pipeline through the black sea, despite strong European Union opposition, according to the country's Prime Minister.
The new, Russia-backed pipeline - known as South Stream - would circumvent Ukraine which has only managed to come to an interim agreement with Moscow on gas supplies last week after months of dispute.
