Five banks fined $3bn over foreign exchange rate rigging

Five major banks have been collectively fined two billion British pounds, just over 3 billion dollars, for attempts by traders to manipulate foreign exchange rates...

HSBC, Swiss bank UBS, Royal Bank of Scotland, and US banks JP Morgan Chase and Citibank have all been fined by UK, US and Swiss regulators.
