The international governing football body, FIFA, has put in a criminal complaint regarding the hosting rights of the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
Russia and Qatar are set to hold the next two tournaments and the complaints regards possible misconduct of individuals during the bidding process to choose who would get hosting rights.
