Diplomatic envoy to Nigeria to secure release of church collapse bodies

INTRO:  South Africa is sending a special presidential envoy to Nigeria to resolve the delay in the return of the bodies of South Africans killed when a church building collapsed in Lagos almost two months ago. 81 South African and 35 people of other nationalities died when a guest house of the Synagogue Church of All Nations collapsed.
