Wall Street rises on Fed minutes

Wall Street jumped after the minutes from the last US Federal Reserve
meeting showed no hurry to raise interest rates.

The Dow Jones ended 274 points higher, with the S&P rising 1.8% and
the Nasdaq surging 1.9%.
