Prosecutor slams house arrest proposal for Pistorius

INTRO:  A recommendation by a prisons official in South Africa that paralympic athlete Oscar Pistorius be sentenced to community service and house arrest has been labelled as shocking by the prosecution in the case. Pistorius was earlier found guilty of culpable homicide (manslaughter) for shooting and killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in February last year. Arguments in mitigation and aggravation of sentence is being heard in court in Pretoria this week. Gary Alfonso reports.....
