Pres. Obama thanks 'hero US health workers' for West Africa Ebola efforts

President Obama has praised American healthcare workers for their ongoing service in Ebola-affected countries in West Africa. 

The President was introduced by Dr. Kent Brantly, an Ebola survivor who contracted the virus in Liberia. 

Speaking at the White House Mr Obama reiterated that the key to stopping the deadly virus was to attack it "at its source".
