INTRO: Olympic and paralympic athlete Oscar Pistorius will know this week whether he will spend time in prison for shooting and killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in February last year. A judge earlier ruled Pistorius was not guilty of intentionally killing his girlfriend, but found him guilty of culpable homicide (manslaughter) and negligence. The state is likely to argue for a prison sentence of up to 15 years, due to the brutal nature of Steenkamp's death. Gary Alfonso reports.
