New Jersey Governor defends Ebola quarantine

The Governor of the US state of New Jersey has defended his decision
to imposed a mandatory quarantine on healthcare workers returning from
West Africa.

Governor Chris Christie has come under fire after one returning nurse
said her isolation violated her human rights.

His rules run counter to new federal guidelines that suggest
monitoring rather than isolation.

But Governor Christie told NBC he was trying to keep the general public safe.
