France is calling for cash from the EU's "New Deal" fund worth 10 billion euro to boost investment and growth, as economy ministers from the single currency meet in Brussels for talks.
French economy minister Emmanuel Macron is trying to revamp his country's economy following claims the country is falling behind it's agreed deficit targets with the EU.
