Five US Airports Begin New Ebola Screening Measures

Four passengers who flew into Washington's Dulles Airport have been taken to hospital following the implementation of advanced screening for Ebola.

Travellers from the three Ebola-hit nations of Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea are now obliged to filter through just five airports.

Along with Washington, the five include New Jersey, New York, Atlanta and Chicago.

White House Spokesperson Josh Earnest says many passengers have been turned away to date, even before boarding from West Africa.
