Evo Morales has claimed victory and a third term in office after presidential elections in Bolivia. Exit polls show he won around 60 per cent of the vote
He told cheering supporters in La Paz that this win is a triumph for anti-imperialists and anti-colonialists.

Latin American analyst Sean Burgess says Mr Morales has made progress where neighbouring countries have not.
