INTRO: Lesotho Prime Minister Thomas Thabane has returned to his home under guard from South African police after earlier fleeing from what he believed was an attempted military coup. A policeman was killed when soldiers raided a police station in the country's capital Maseru. Leaders from South Africa and other southern African leaders have been credited with resolving political tensions between the prime minister and his deputy.
