British Prime Minister David Cameron says the UK will not waver in its determination to defeat terrorism, after the emergence of a new terror video showing the beheading of a second US journalist by the Islamic State terror group.
The video also features a British hostage, who the group says will be killed next, unless the US stops its air bombing campaign in Iraq.
This comes as leaders of the Nato military alliance prepare to meet in the UK, as Natalie Feary reports from London….
