UK Prime Minister discusses 'English votes on English laws'



The UK's Prime Minister David Cameron is holding a summon on 'English voting rights' at his country retreat Chequers.


It comes after the Prime Minister agreed to give more powers to Scotland following a no vote on independence last week, .


It's intended to address the issue of MPs in Scotland being able to vote on policies affecting England, as our UK Correspondent Natalie Powell reports…
